Shipping policy

We at Kiddery ship from Monday to Friday. We do not ship of weekends and on public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 3pm IST. Orders placed after 3pm IST will be processed the next business day.  We have multiple shipping partners and we ship through whoever can reach you the quickest.

You will always receive an email with the shipping number which will help you track your order on the shipping partners website. It usually takes 3-7 days for delivery of your order. For metro cities, it is usually within 48-72 hours. Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday.

 There is only one standard shipping option on the website. Incase you want an expedited delivery, please write to namaste@kiddery.in and we can check if an express shipping option is available for your address. Above shipping policy is for all orders shipped within India.
